Yu also need to threaten them by saying that if they don’t do it, then you can turn them to the cops because it is completely illegal for them to be selling the fake items online. This will force the person to give the money back to you. Or else you can again sell them on e-bay or give it to a used clothing item store for a few dollars.

My suggestion to you is that it is a counterfeit site and if you purchase from this website, you will be handing all your credit card information to the criminals. However, the size 7 boots of the UK fit me perfectly so based on these observations; I think that size 11 of the Aussie boots must fit you. But usually the UGG boots have the tendency of stretching a lot though. Therefore, I would rather go with the size of 11 or 12. I think that there is no need to go for size 14.
